Undergraduates who work for Worley as part of our summer vacation program are embedded into project and functional teams to gain valuable on the job experience. As part of our summer vacation program, Worley recognises the importance of involving undergraduates in the decisions around how work is performed. Our ‘people and learning’ approach to safety and wellbeing gives undergraduates an opportunity to learn from what goes right and apply their creative problem solving skills to situations.
