Recruitment Process

Steps in our recruitment process include:

  1. Application – CV, academic transcripts and cover letter
  2. 1st Interview – in person with their potential Team Leader (15-30 mins)
  3. 2nd interview – in person with a company Directors (15-30 mins)
  4. Internship / Trial – if required

Selection criteria are based on:

  1. Academic results
  2. Aptitude and attitude
  3. How keen they are
     

Remuneration & Career Growth

Our staff are remunerated above any relevant award and commensurate with their level of experience and suitability to the position.

The company also offers a staff bonus plan to selected staff members.
