Welcome to McConnell Dowell’s Infrastructure Virtual Experience.

In this virtual experience you will get a taste of what it is like to work as a graduate engineer at McConnell Dowell. As an Engineering graduate, you will develop your skills to read drawings, review and manage subcontractor tenders and manage your own packages of works.

Your task

In this virtual experience you will be managing the renewal of a small pedestrian crossing. This project aims to familiarise you with the construction process and procedures of building in and around the railway. Your tasks will include:

• Analysing drawings 
• Calculating volumes of material required 
• Synthesizing and communicating a clear and logical methodology
