ANZ provides a lot of training programmes and learning opportunities internally and externally. It's great that they are supportive - I do believe your learning is in your own hands and that ANZ just provides/supplies the tools and support. The skills that I've picked up so far are key excel skills, accounting knowledge, general banking 101 and the industry we work in and also other soft skills such as resilience and communication skills.

I think there could be better formal training available for juniors however informal training from managers is very good.
